Kemp Mill Shopping Center Removed from Corridor Plan Boundaries

The PHP Committee removed the Kemp Mill Shopping Center from the University Boulevard Corridor Plan's boundaries following a request by Councilmember Natali Fani-González. The shopping center, which includes a grocery store, restaurants, and kosher offerings, had been included in the Planning Board's draft. The removal exempts the center from the plan's density, height, and zoning recommendations.
