Committee Cuts Corridor Rezoning from 520 to 170 Residential Properties

The PHP Committee scaled back the Planning Board's residential rezoning proposal for the University Boulevard Corridor Plan, limiting rezoning to single-family properties that directly abut University Boulevard. The Planning Board had proposed rezoning approximately 520 properties; the committee reduced that to approximately 170. The committee also lowered proposed building heights in several commercial areas, including Four Corners.
