Fani-González, Friedson Propose Workforce Housing Overlay for Corridor

Councilmembers Natali Fani-González and Friedson are bringing a joint proposal to the full Council to increase workforce housing production along the University Boulevard Corridor. The proposal would amend both the corridor plan and the accompanying overlay Zoning Text Amendment ZTA 25-12. The measure is aimed at expanding affordability for working residents in the corridor.
