The Nepal Education and Cultural Center (NECC), based in Germantown, celebrated its 25th anniversary during the weekend of November 15–16, 2025. NECC provides spiritual services, wellness programs, and educational outreach for the Nepali-American community. Councilmember Balcombe and Delegate Greg Wims attended the celebration.
