The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is providing free parking in all county-operated garages and lots in Bethesda, Silver Spring, and Wheaton on Saturday, Dec. 20 for Super Saturday. On-street meters will remain enforced to facilitate business access and turnover. Ride On buses, which are now zero-fare, are also available as an alternative for reaching county destinations.
