Montgomery County government offices, MC 311, libraries, Alcohol Beverage Services stores, and the Department of Permitting Services will be closed on Christmas Day, Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025. MC 311 will close early on Dec. 24 (7 a.m.–5 p.m.), library branches will close at 6 p.m. on Dec. 24, and ABS stores will close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 24.
