County Awards Record $274M to MFD Businesses in FY25

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement's FY25 Annual Report shows a record $274 million awarded to certified MFD businesses, representing 21.21% of total eligible dollars ($1.29 billion). This marks the third consecutive year the MFD Program has set a record in total dollar amount awarded. Additionally, $133 million — 33.7% of eligible spending, the highest percentage since the program began in 2009 — went to Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) vendors.
