EITC Awareness Day and VITA Tax Help Kick-Off Jan. 30

Montgomery County's Community Action Agency, with Universities at Shady Grove, the Equity Center, and local VITA sites, is hosting an Earned Income Tax Credit Awareness Day and VITA Kick-Off on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Biomedical Sciences and Engineering Building, 9631 Gudelsky Drive, Rockville. A resource fair featuring local nonprofits, VITA programs, and county services runs from 11 AM to 1 PM, with a formal program including remarks from elected officials beginning at noon. Organizations wishing to table at the resource fair must submit a form by January 16, 2026.
