Montgomery County's Community Action Agency (CAA) completed a formal realignment this month, moving from the Office of Community Affairs to the Division of Children, Youth and Family Services within DHHS. As part of the change, the DHHS Cluster Projects—which serve families with students in the Kennedy, Paint Branch-Springbrook, and Watkins Mill school clusters—have joined the CAA. The Cluster Projects originated as the Kennedy Cluster Project in 2009 in partnership with Montgomery County Public Schools.
