County Launches 'Superpower Dance Circle' for Adults 55+ at Three Centers

The Montgomery County Department of Recreation is hosting Superpower Dance Circle, a weekly fitness and dance program for adults 55 and older, at three senior center locations starting in winter 2026. Classes are offered Saturdays at Silver Spring Senior Center, Tuesdays at Long Branch Senior Center, and Wednesdays at Margaret Schweinhaut Senior Center. Registration is required and available through the county's Winter Recreation Guide.
