County MFD Business Spending Hits Record $274M in FY25

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement's FY25 Annual Report shows a record $274 million awarded to certified MFD (Minority, Female, and Disabled-Owned) businesses, representing 21.21% of the $1.29 billion in eligible spending — a 10% increase from FY24. It marks the third consecutive year the MFD Program has set a record in total dollars awarded. Separately, $133 million went to Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) vendors, the highest LSBRP percentage (33.7%) since the program launched in 2009.
