Wheaton Federal Workforce Career Center Opens for Displaced Workers

Montgomery County has opened the Mobilize Montgomery Federal Workforce Career Center (FWCC) in Wheaton, billed as the nation's first dedicated facility supporting displaced federal workers. The center provides job placement, career coaching, and financial counseling, and is open Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are recommended; job seekers can also email fwcc@worksourcemontgomery.com or call 240-283-1509.
