Montgomery County has installed its third Mesonet weather station, sited at the National Capital Trolley Museum at 1313 Bonifant Road in Colesville. The installation is part of a partnership with the University of Maryland, led by Maryland Mesonet Director Dr. Sumant Nigam, aimed at strengthening climate resilience across the County and the State. Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security Director Luke Hodgson will also participate in the January 6 announcement event.
