County Seeks LSBRP Vendors for Annual Business Conference

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement is soliciting interest from Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) vendors to plan and execute the BCT Annual Business and Nonprofit Organization Conference. The one-day, in-person event — to be held at the Silver Spring Civic Center between September and October each year — is expected to draw 500–1,000 attendees, with a maximum budget of $50,000 per conference excluding venue costs. The county intends to select two to three contractors on a rotating basis; interested vendors must respond to Michael.Brown@montgomerycountymd.gov by January 26, 2026.
