Montgomery County's FY26 Nonprofit Federal Resilience (NFR) Grant Program, funded at $1.5 million via Resolution 20-979, remains open on a rolling basis with its next deadline on January 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. The program supports 501(c)(3) nonprofits that have experienced cancelled or delayed federal funding, covering core operating and salary costs. The Office of Grants Management reports it has not received enough eligible applications to exhaust available funds.
