The Maryland State Highway Administration and the District 18 legislative delegation convened a road safety town hall focused on state highways in the Kensington and Wheaton areas, following the deaths of pedestrians James Anderson and Ganga Prajapati. Montgomery County Police have since installed a new speed camera on University Blvd near the crash site, and an additional camera on Montrose Road near Tildenwood Drive.
