EITC Awareness Day and VITA Kick-Off Set for Jan. 30

The Montgomery County Community Action Agency, in partnership with the Universities at Shady Grove, the Equity Center, and local VITA sites, will host an Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Awareness Day and VITA Kick-Off on Friday, January 30, 2026. The free, public event will highlight the EITC and free tax-filing programs, and includes a resource fair from 11 AM to 1 PM featuring local nonprofits and county services.
