ABS Highly Allocated Bourbon Program Releases Monthly on Second Saturday

Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services' Highly Allocated (HAL) program makes limited-release spirits available to customers on a first-come, first-served basis on the second Saturday of each month. ABS posts the list of available products on its website 48 hours in advance, and extremely limited products are distributed via lottery. Allocated products include the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection and Pappy Van Winkle line supplied by Sazerac Company.
