Active Aging Week Events Oct. 5–11 at County Centers

Montgomery County Recreation will host Active Aging Week from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, October 11, 2026, offering dozens of free and low-cost programs for residents aged 55 and older at recreation and senior centers across the county. Activities include cardio drumming, pickleball, art, dancing, and clubs. A Signature Kickoff Event will be held on October 5 at Nancy H. Dacek North Potomac Community Recreation Center from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., featuring wellness programs, activities, and a health fair; advance registration is required.
