Bike to Work Day Set for May 15 in Montgomery County

MCDOT May 11, 2026
Montgomery County's Bike to Work Day is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, with 15 pit stops across the county, eight of them sponsored by the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT). The first 18,000 cyclists who register and participate will receive a free t-shirt and be entered into a raffle for a new bike. MCDOT-sponsored pit stops will be located in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, North Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Wheaton, and Germantown, running from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
