The Children's Opportunity Alliance (COA) has launched Thrive By 5 MoCo, a website helping families of children ages five and under find early care and education resources in Montgomery County and Maryland. The site allows filtering by resource type and child age, and includes Spanish translation for all resources. COA plans to expand the site with more languages, resource categories, and a Pre-K affordability tool based on user feedback.
