Civic Works Offers Free Weatherization to Low-Income MD Households

Civic Works Energy Programs is offering Maryland Energy Administration grant-funded home energy audits and weatherization improvements — including insulation, air sealing, ventilation, and appliance inspections — at no cost to low- and middle-income Maryland households.
