Council Hearing March 3: 'County Values Act' on Immigration Enforcement

The Montgomery County Council will hold a public hearing on March 3, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. on Bill 3-26, the County Values Act. The bill would require the County Executive to develop and publish guidance on immigration enforcement at county facilities, direct county departments to adopt consistent policies, and limit access to certain areas for immigration enforcement.
