Council Hearing Sept. 29: WSSCWater FY28 Budget Spending Limits

The Montgomery County Council will hold a public hearing on Sept. 29, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. on three items: spending control limits for the FY28 WSSCWater budget, a resolution to update OZAH's fee schedule, and a resolution to approve the 2026-2035 Comprehensive Water Supply and Sewerage Systems Plan. Residents must sign up to speak by Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Council Office Building in Rockville.
