Councilmember Shebra Evans, appointed in December to fill the seat of former Councilmember Gabe Albornoz, is holding a listening session for East County residents on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The session will take place at the White Oak Community Recreation Center at 1700 April Lane in Silver Spring.
