County ECE Loan Program Awards $2.2M to 19 Childcare Projects

Montgomery County announced the first cohort of awardees from its Early Care and Education (ECE) Facility Loan Program, approving 19 projects for a total of $2.2 million in forgivable and zero-interest loans.
