Montgomery County launched the 'Look Before You Book' public awareness campaign, aimed at helping residents recognize signs of human trafficking at massage and wellness establishments. County Executive Marc Elrich joined advocates and public safety officials at the campaign kickoff. Councilmember Luedtke participated in the announcement.
