County MFD Spend Hits Record $274M in FY25

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement awarded a record $274 million to certified Minority, Female, and Disabled-Owned (MFD) businesses in Fiscal Year 2025, representing 21.21% of $1.29 billion in eligible spending — a 10% dollar increase over the prior year. This marks the third consecutive record-setting year for the MFD Program. Separately, $133 million (33.7% of eligible dollars) went to Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) vendors, the highest percentage since the program launched in 2009.
