Montgomery County's Wage Requirements Law rate is currently set at $18.15 per hour for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. A new rate of $18.55 per hour will take effect on July 1, 2026. The rate applies to county procurement contracts and is administered by the Office of Procurement.
