County Offers Reimbursement Up to $1,175 for CDA Credential

Montgomery County Child Care Support Services (CCSS) is offering financial reimbursement to child care educators pursuing a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, covering up to $400 for a CDA prep course, $525 for the assessment fee, and $250 for the renewal fee. Assistant PreK teachers must earn their CDA by July 2027 to qualify for the PreK Expansion Grant. Educators can register through ProSolutions or another MSDE-approved provider, then submit a reimbursement form after receiving their CDA certificate.
