Montgomery County's Food Scraps Recycling Partnership Program allows commercial properties to begin recycling food scraps at no cost for a limited time. Participating businesses receive 35-gallon collection carts, compostable liners, employee training, weekly food scraps pickup, and ongoing technical assistance.
