County Property Tax Mailing Addresses Change July 1

Montgomery County is changing its property tax payment mailing addresses effective July 1, 2026, following a bank switch from PNC Bank to JPMorgan Chase Bank. Real property tax payments should now be sent to PO Box 5561, Binghamton, NY 13902-5561, and personal property tax payments to PO Box 5560, Binghamton, NY 13902-5560. Taxpayers can also pay by phone at 240-777-8898 or online.
