County, Volunteer Fire Rescue Association FY27 MOA Under Council Review

The PS Committee will review a Memorandum of Agreement between Montgomery County and the Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Rescue Association (MCVFRA) on April 29, 2026, covering the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. County Code requires the County Executive to submit any MOA elements involving appropriations, future fiscal impacts, or legal inconsistencies to the Council for review. The Council has 60 days to notify parties if it disapproves of any part of the agreement.
