CUPF Offers Full Refunds During Heat Warnings July 1–4

The Office of Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) will allow cancellations and provide full refunds for all indoor and outdoor facility reservations on any day a heat warning is in effect. The temporary policy covers Wednesday, July 1 through Saturday, July 4, 2026. Groups are asked to submit a Reservations Amendment Form to notify CUPF of cancellations.
