DEP Environmental Workshop for HOAs, Property Managers July 22

The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection is hosting a Programs and Guidance Workshop for HOA and Property Managers on July 22, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 PM at the Gaithersburg Library. Attendees will receive overviews of DEP resources, major sustainability projects, energy efficiency and solar programs, recycling, stormwater management, and BEPS compliance. The event is open to homeowner associations and property managers.
