DEP Hosts HOA Environmental Stewardship Event in Gaithersburg

The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is hosting a 2–4 PM event on July 22, 2026 at the Gaithersburg Library, 18330 Montgomery Village Avenue. Homeowner and Community Association leaders and property managers are invited to receive an overview of DEP resources, stewardship opportunities, and county environmental programs. Topics include sustainability projects, energy efficiency, solar programs, recycling, stormwater management, and building energy performance standards.
