DHHS to Launch FY27 EquiCare Childcare Subsidy Grant in February

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Early Childhood Services plans to launch the FY27 EquiCare Subsidy Seats Grant Program in February 2026. The program will award grants to licensed childcare providers in Montgomery County to cover the cost of quality childcare for infants and toddlers aged 6 weeks through 3 years. It targets families that do not meet eligibility criteria for current early childhood public programs.
