The Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services' Fire Code Compliance team has published a list of upcoming permitted professional fireworks displays on the DPS website. All professional fireworks displays in Montgomery County require a DPS permit. Most consumer fireworks, including sparklers, are illegal in the county.
