The Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program (MCITP) Family Support Network is hosting a Family Learning Series session on early language and literacy development on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 7:00–8:30 p.m. The session will cover what parents and caregivers can do at home to support healthy development and learning in children from birth to age 3.
