EC Committee Reviews $445M Montgomery College Capital Budget

The Education and Culture Committee will meet on Jan. 30, 2026 at 10 a.m. to review the FY2027-2032 Capital Improvements Program for Montgomery College. Montgomery College requested more than $499 million, a $89 million increase over the prior CIP; the County Executive recommends $445.3 million, a $35 million increase. The recommended plan includes major construction for Germantown campus renovations, library upgrades, and the Germantown Student Services Center.
