EC Committee Reviews $499M Montgomery College Capital Budget

The Education and Culture Committee will also review the FY2027-32 Capital Improvements Program for Montgomery College on Jan. 26, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. The college requests more than $499 million — up over $89 million from the prior CIP — including funding for collegewide security systems, capital asset management, and road and parking lot repairs. The County Executive recommends $445.3 million, including funding for Germantown Student Affairs and Science Building renovations and library upgrades.
