ECE Facility Loan Program Opens New Application Cycle

Montgomery County's Early Care and Education Facility Loan Program has reopened with two funding tracks: forgivable loans of up to $74,000 for home-based and center-based programs (Letters of Intent open September 1, 2026) and 0% interest loans of up to $300,000 for center-based programs (Letters of Intent open October 1, 2026). Both loan types are intended to fund facility improvements, expansion, and equipment purchases. Information sessions are scheduled virtually and in person throughout September and October 2026.
