ECE Forgivable Loan Program Opens Applications Sept. 1

Montgomery County's Early Care and Education Facility Loan Program is opening a new forgivable loan cycle on September 1, 2026, offering up to $74,000 to home-based and center-based child care programs for facility improvements, expansion, and equipment. Information sessions are scheduled virtually on September 2 and September 9, and in-person on September 12 at Dennis Avenue Health Center in Wheaton.
