Elrich, Fani-González to Cut Ribbon on 163-Unit Chimes Affordable Housing

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and Council President Natali Fani-González will attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Chimes affordable housing development on Thursday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 11901 Nebel St. in Rockville. The development, built by nonprofit Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP), includes 163 units affordable to households at 80% of Area Median Income or below. Montgomery County's DHCA provided $19.45 million in direct financing and a PILOT agreement, with additional support from Low Income Housing Tax Credits and State of Maryland funding.
