Employer Survey Launched on Family-Friendly Workplace Policies

The Children's Opportunity Alliance and Maryland Family Network are conducting a confidential survey of Montgomery County employers examining family-friendly workplace policies and childcare benefits. The study aims to identify barriers businesses face and solutions that could support both employers and families. The survey takes 5–10 minutes to complete.
