EquiCare Grant for Infant, Toddler Care Launches Feb. 9

Montgomery County's EquiCare Grant will launch February 9, 2026, offering funding to expand access to high-quality infant and toddler child care seats. The grant targets families with annual incomes below 400% of the federal poverty level, including those ineligible for the Maryland Child Care Scholarship or Working Parents Assistance programs. Licensed family child care providers, child care centers, and letter of compliance programs in Montgomery County are eligible to participate.
