FIC Early Childhood Program Runs July 6–29 in Three Locations

The Montgomery County Family Involvement Center (FIC) is holding free program sessions Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., July 6 through July 29, 2026, at its Rockville, Silver Spring, and Gaithersburg sites. Two Circle Time slots are available daily at 11:00 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. The program serves families with children of all abilities from birth to age 5.
