Fleet Budget Adds $15M for EV Chargers at County Facilities

The Montgomery County Council will review the $114.4 million FY27 Fleet Management Services budget on May 6, 2026, a $1.5 million or 1.3 percent decrease from FY26. The Transportation and Environment Committee recommends approval of the budget and also recommends amending the Fleet Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Capital Improvements Program to add $15 million over six years to continue installing EV chargers at county facilities.
