Free 30-Day Capital Bikeshare Memberships Available Near Closed Red Line Stations

MCDOT is making available a limited number of free 30-day Capital Bikeshare memberships for residents who live within three miles of the Metro stations affected by the summer Red Line closure. Eligible residents can apply online. The offer runs in conjunction with the July 6–Sept. 6, 2026 closure period.
