Free Capital Bikeshare Memberships Available Near Closed Red Line Stations

Montgomery County's Department of Transportation is providing a limited supply of free 30-day Capital Bikeshare memberships to residents who live within three miles of the Metro stations affected by the summer Red Line closure.
